You’re at a place where sometimes it just feels too good to be true. You question it, over think the situation, soon trying to prove to yourself, yup, you’re right. That was too good to be true for you. You create scenarios in your head, then realize all the negative things that could possibly happen. Making that ‘too good to be true’ moment turn bad.
Look who make it turn bad… yourself. Good going.
Are you so down in your life that you feel like you don’t deserve good things to happen to you. You simply cannot comprehend a good thing coming your way. That if something good were happen to you that there MUST be a catch.
Well, STOP IT.
Note to self: when good things happen to you, accept it, embrace it, don’t question it. They happened to you for a reason. Don’t diminish it’s value by tarnishing it with bad thoughts and negativity. With any good situation there is always the possibility something bad can happen right around the corner. But oh well, that’s life, let it happen, don’t let it stop you from being happy. Newsflash, the universe isn’t really out to get you.
Good things happen for a reason. Marinate in the good. Sulk it all in. Be happy. You’re allowed to.
Bad things happen for a reason. And I think it’s mainly so you can appreciate the good even more.
